My role: End-to-end event production, creative production for event collateral, speaker management, budget creation & management, staff sourcing and management

In 2023, Newlab hosted its inaugural Climate Week summit: NEW CLIMATE FUTURES, welcoming over 1,500 guests across the energy, mobility and materials sectors. 

The summit was a two-day event, featuring:

  • Newlab partner workshops
  • Invite-only industry roundtables 
  • Startup expo highlighting 50+ climate tech companies
  • Mainstage announcements & panels
  • Keynote presentations by filmmaker John D. Liu and Revel CEO Frank Reig
  • Closing celebration featuring local food trucks, open bar, and DJ
